Customer Service Policy

K-9 Carts will make every effort to ship carts within 3-7 business days and accessories in 1-3. Orders will be processed in the order they are received - NO EXCEPTIONS! There is a 10 day trial period for the carts, and if returned within those 20 days a 65% refund of the cart cost will be given, unless the cart was predetermined as non-refundable. Specialty Designs as any cart made for an animal other than a cat or dog is already predetermined as non-refundable. The cart must be returned clean, in new condition and free of all traces of the pet. Deductions will be made otherwise. If photos are provided, extensions to the 30 days can be given. A fee will be charged for cancellations made after cart construction has been started, this applies if the cart is still in our shop or if it is in transit to you. Shipping is never refunded. K-9 Carts reserves the right to make any cart non-refundable and refuse service. If it is determined that a cart will be non-refundable, K-9 Carts will call before proceeding with the order.
Walkabout Front, Rear Harnesses and Walkabellies are refundable or exchangeable for another size but they must be returned clean with no traces of pet. Female Diapers, Male Wraps, Walkaboots, Protect A Pets, Catch It Alls and Canine Coolers can only be returned for a refund or exchange if they are in the exact condition they were sent out. There is a $10 restocking fee on all Walkabout products and a $2 restocking fee for each boot whether you're exchanging or returning. E-Z Lifts and any custom made product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, this includes harnesses made with longer handles. K-9 Carts has the right to make any product non-refundable.
